17.05.2023 stellte B\u00fcrgermeister Maximilian Titz den Antrag, dass die Anpassung der Richtwertmieten f\u00fcr die Gemeindewohnungen in der H\u00f6he von 8,6 Prozent f\u00fcr ein Jahr ausgesetzt wird. Laut seinem Antrag sollte das jedoch nur f\u00fcr 47 der insgesamt 87 Wohnungen im Besitz der Marktgemeinde Sankt Andr\u00e4-W\u00f6rdern gelten. Warum?<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die B\u00fcrgerliste stellte sich die Frage, warum es zu einer solchen Ungleichbehandlung der Mieter\/innen kommen sollte. Trifft etwa die derzeitige Teuerung die Bewohner\/innen in einer \u201enicht richtwertgebunden Mietwohnung\u201c der Gemeinde weniger hart als in den richtwertgebundenen Objekten?<\/p>\n<p>Die B\u00fcrgerliste hat daher den Antrag gestellt, die geplante Aussetzung der Mietzinserh\u00f6hung auf alle Gemeindewohnungen auszuweiten. B\u00fcrgermeister Maximilian Titz wollte anfangs erst nicht dar\u00fcber abstimmen lassen, musste dies aber, nachdem er von gf. Gr. DI.Dieter Gilnreiner an die Gemeindeordnung erinnert wurde.<br \/>\nDer von der B\u00fcrgerliste gestellte abge\u00e4nderte Antrag wurde dann einstimmig angenommen! Das Interesse schien bei den meisten Fraktionen nicht sehr gro\u00df, doch brachte es eine positive \u00dcberraschung: Der urspr\u00fcnglich angedachte harte Verbau wurde verworfen und stattdessen auf zeigt ein erfreulich positives Bild. So traten die finanziell d\u00fcsteren Aussichten zu Jahresanfang nicht ein und 2022 konnte statt mit einem Minus im Nettoergebnis im Voranschlag von rund 200 000 Euro mit einem satten Plus von knapp 1,13 Millionen Euro abgeschlossen werden.<br \/>\nDer Schuldenstand der Gemeinde betr\u00e4gt 22,66 Millionen Euro, was eine ganz leichte Reduktion gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr bedeutet. Ebenso gingen die Leasingverpflichtungen und Haftungen der Gemeinde deutlich zur\u00fcck.<br \/>\nDer Hauptgrund f\u00fcr diese erfreuliche Entwicklung ist, neben verschobenen Anschaffungen, eine massive Erh\u00f6hung der Ertragsanteile vom Bund.
